Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Methods
- We ship orders using reputable third-party carriers.
- Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Fulfillment & Packaging
- All products are packaged securely to help prevent damage during transit.
- Discreet packaging is used whenever possible.
- Once an order has been fulfilled and transferred to the carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the shipping provider.
Tracking Information
- Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after fulfillment.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to eligible domestic and/or international locations as listed at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and deliverable.
Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
- Aura Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If an order is returned due to address issues or delivery refusal, reshipment fees may apply.
Delays & Carrier Issues
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Aura Peptides is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents.
- For lost shipments marked as delivered by the carrier, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Returns Related to Shipping
- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped unless otherwise required by law.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
