  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship orders using reputable third-party carriers.
  • Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Fulfillment & Packaging

  • All products are packaged securely to help prevent damage during transit.
  • Discreet packaging is used whenever possible.
  • Once an order has been fulfilled and transferred to the carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the shipping provider.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after fulfillment.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to eligible domestic and/or international locations as listed at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and deliverable.

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

  • Aura Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned due to address issues or delivery refusal, reshipment fees may apply.

Delays & Carrier Issues

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Aura Peptides is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents.
  • For lost shipments marked as delivered by the carrier, customers must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Returns Related to Shipping

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped unless otherwise required by law.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
